PRICES - Any Costs quoted on this site are maintained as up to date as possible. Errors and omissions excepted, in A$ and include 10% GST

TERMS - Cash and CREDIT CARDS - We accept Bankcard, Visa, and Mastercard.

GUARANTEE - We will replace or refund the full price paid for any items supplied, provided that they are returned to us immediately in the same condition as supplied.

LIABILITY - We accept no liability for any items which are proved faulty by reason of our negligence or otherwise. Such liability is limited to the price paid for the item and does not include any consequential loss.

ORDERING - The use of original numbers does not indicate supply of original items. We reserve the right to supply pattern/remanufactured items as necessary. it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure and check that items supplied are suitable for the vehicle and use intended by them, and the supplier gives no warranty express or implied of suitability.

DELIVERY - We endeavour to supply all orders by return but, occasionally, some items will not be ex-stock and will be marked 'to follow' on the invoice and will be dispatched immediately new stock arrives.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS - We must be notified on receipt of goods. If goods sent by carrier sign "damaged" if apparent. A claim submitted if goods are received and endorsed "not checked", "unexamined" or different words of the same effect on the Delivery Note are not adequate in case of claim.
